In the event that our products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 60 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from companies online, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process.
Below are the simple steps to return an item:
Select Warranty or Return on our Contact Page, and Fill out a Return Merchant Authorization form. This helps us keep track of your return and determine whether we need to repair it or whether it can be resold as an "open box" item. We also need to verify the purchase was made on rockstockpedals.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party such as Amazon.com or any of our retail music store partners, then you will need to return the product through them directly.
Repackage your return in the original box and include a copy of the RMA form.

Shipping charges - You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you paid for shipping on your order, we will give you a 100% refund minus the shipping charge.
